Return and Refund Policy

At Tabinda Officials, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be requested before sending any item back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging—along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
