Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. No exchanges will be accepted after this period.

To request an exchange, please email us at officialtabinda@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number and date of purchase

• The reason for the exchange

• The item(s) you wish to exchange and the item(s) you want instead

Please Note:

• You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the parcel to our address.

• Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, the color is faded, or there is an issue with the fabric.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your parcel, we will process your exchange request and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days for the exchange to be completed.
